Hyderabad: The Hussainsagar lake police rescued two persons from committing suicide in different incidents.
On January 18, P. Satyadevi, 63, jumped into the lake as she was suffering from psychiatric problems. She was rescued and admitted to Gandhi hospital.
On January 19, a 23-year-old girl tried to commit suicide after a quarrel with her mother.
However, the lake police acted in time, rescued her and sent to Bharosa counselling centre.
