More TTD Balaji temples on anvil

Tirupati: Giving a clarion call to the philanthropists to contribute liberally to ‘Srivani’ trust of TTD, executive officer Anil Kumar Singhal said that this trust aims at spreading Venkates-wara Bhakti by constructing temples at many places.

During his maiden review meeting on the activities and objectives of the newly-formed Sri Venkateswara Alaya Nirmanam (SRIVANI) Trust at his chambers in the TTD administrative building in Tirupati on Tuesday, the EO said the Trust has been added to the kitty of nine Trusts run by TTD on May 25 this year, taking the figure to 10 trusts.

“So far the donors have contributed Rs 25 lakh towards Srivani Trust. The contributions for this Trust will be utilised in the construction of the temple, management, Archaka Training, PACs and sanitation facilities.

The entire details of donations and donors should be placed on the website for the information of pilgrim public. The donor privileges for other Trusts will imply to this Trust also,” the EO maintained.
