TIRUPATI: The teacher from Adinepalle village under V. Kota mandal who allegedly beat up his wife on the first night of their marri-age on December 1 last ye-ar at Chinna Damaragunta village under Gang-aadhar Nellore mandal in Chittoor district has been found sexually potent aft-er 18 medical tests were conducted at the Osmania hospital in Hyderabad.
Additional district magistrate Chittoor granted bail to P. Rajesh and released him from sub-jail on Thursday.
The man allegedly assaulted his wife on the first night of the marriage. Rajesh working as a teacher, has married to K. Sailaja of Chinnadam-aragunta, studying second year MBA. On their first night, the girl ran out of the bedroom but was later persuaded by the parents to go back inside the room. After an hour, the girl was found beaten up with injuries on the face. The parents took the girl to a hospital and informed the police about the same.
Ms Sailaja and her parents alleged that Rajesh beat her up after she questioned Rajesh about his sexual impotency. Later, the court ordered police to examine his sexual potency. Rajesh has undergone 18 potency tests in Osmania hospital in Hyderabad last month. Following the tests, the family is planning to go ahead in filing a defamation case.
