Hyderabad: SHE Teams on Sunday conducted an awareness drive on Hyderabad Metro to create awareness among people about wo-men’s security. Metro users were instructed on when and how to app-roach SHE teams if they spot something amiss in a person’s behaviour.
SHE Teams have kept a strict vigil on Metro trains and areas surrounding the stations to ensure safe travel and check any kind of harassment of women. Members of SHE Team travel like any ordinary commuters and observe activities on the route, record any suspicious activity and inconvenience or teasing of wo-men and later arrest them based on the footage.
