Nellore: Expressing relief over the exit of TD from the NDA, BJP State General Secretary Sannapareddy Suresh Reddy said that the lunar eclipse (chandra grahanam) is over for BJP. He said that BJP leaders across the state have been expressing happiness after coming out from the TD alliance. Speaking to media persons here on Friday, he alleged that it is a practice for the TD chief to enter into alliance with other parities and get rid of them after his purpose is served.
Demanding a CBI probe into the working at the Polavaram project, Suresh Reddy said that there is a need to conduct a probe with a sitting judge on the construction of Polavaram. He struck down the statements of the TD leaders that script for recent public meeting of Pavan Kalyan was prepared by BJP.
He rebuked Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for taking a U turn overnight on his decision to support YSRC's no confidence motion. He said BJP leaders and cadres would launch a door to door campaign soon to expose the irregularities in welfare schemes of the state government. BJP district Vice-President M. Ramesh and others were present.
