Top naxal hideout traced

Maoist leader has now been found to have restricted his movement to a small stretch in the border of Sukma and Bijajpur districts.

Bhopal: In a significant development, security forces have been able to establish identity and hideouts of dreaded Maoist commander Hidma who was behind major Naxal operations in Chhattisgarh’s conflict zone of Bastar in the past seven years including 2010 Tadmetla incident in which 76 CRPF jawans were killed and 2013 attack in which 27 Congress leaders were massacred.

The Maoist leader has now been found to have restricted his movement to a small stretch in the border of Sukma and Bijajpur districts, following intensifying counter-insurgency measures.
