Hyderabad: Melas for the disposal of layout regularisation scheme applications in each zone will be held on November 16 and 17. City planners of respective zones will make arrangements to organise the mela. Officials have been strictly directed to ensure that 150 applications are disposed of on each day.
Applications where shortfall intimation letters were issued and fee payment is pending, will be given preference. Applicants who do not have complete documents will looked into and the same will be uploaded at the zonal office. Files will be processed instantly and if the applicant pays the fee, proceedings letters shall be issued instantly, said a GHMC official.
