Release white papers on jobs and investments: MK Stalin to TN govt

Stalin lashed out at the government for its failure in tackling the pandemic and pointed out that disease was spreading unabated

Chennai: DMK President M K Stalin urged the State government to come out with two white papers, one of the reported investments that were brought to the State during its tenure and the other one on the procurements made during the Coronavirus pandemic.

In a statement on Saturday, Stalin lashed out at the government for its failure in tackling the pandemic and pointed out that disease was spreading unabated.

Since the people were not fully aware of the MoUs signed by the government, it should bring out a white paper on that, instead of just blowing its horns on bringing investments to the State.

He also urged the government to come out with details of the purchases they had made, accusing the government of indulging in corruption.
