VIJAYAWADA: The 2nd International of Gem and Jewellery fair received a positive response in Vijayawada on Friday. The three-day Grand Abhushanam, Business to Business (B2B) jewellery exhibition is being organised by the All India Gems and Jewellery Domestic Council supported by the AP Bullion Gold, Silver and Diamond Merchants Association.
The expo was inaugurated by minister P. Narayana, who said that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu was trying to increase the state's revenue by attracting industries.
GJC vice-chairman Anantha Padmanaban said the aim of the expo is to encourage people from the jewellery trade in Vijayawada and southern region to interact and forge strong business relationships.
