Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation
Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has collected a whopping Rs 739 crore with the issuance of building use permissions to 18,616 structures through Development Permission Management System (DPMS). The civic body brought online the DPMS in June 2016, wherein all approvals relating to building permission are approved through auto DCR applications which facilitates quick scrutiny of building applications. The corporation had received 22,246 online applications in 2016-17 where it accorded building permissions to 18,616 applicants who had met the prescribed parameters.
