H D Deve Gowda for alliance with Congress in hung ULBs

With many ULBs throwing up a hung verdict, the JD(S) will forge an alliance with the Congress to capture power and frustrate the BJP, said JD(S) chief H.D. Deve Gowda on Monday. "I am of the personal opinion that JD(S) and Congress should come together to capture power in Mysuru and Tumakuru corporations. I have not discussed the forging of an alliance so far. Congress leader and former CM Siddaramaiah is out of the country now," Mr Gowda said in Hassan.
