Hyderabad: Justice Challa Kodandaram of the Hyderabad High Court on Thursday directed the Hyderabad police and Osmania University authorities not to allow any political meetings on the varsity campus.
The judge granted the interim order while dealing with a petition by a student of the Osmania Law College challenging the inaction of the university authorities in stopping political meetings on the campus. Osa Rahul had moved the petition stating that frequent political meetings were disturbing the students.
