Hyderabad: An unidentified person has allegedly threatened to kill an 11-year-old girl from LB Nagar if she didn’t help him cross the road. The LB Nagar police registered a case for the probe into the incident which is said to have happened on Tuesday night.
According to LB Nagar police, the girl (11), daughter of auto driver Md Asad was studying Class VI at a private school near her home.
At around 7 pm, the girl came out of the house on to the road. When she reached the main road near a mosque, an unidentified elderly man has requested the girl to help him in crossing the road as he suffered a leg injury.
When the girl was assisting him, the man allegedly took out a blade and threatened to kill her if she fails to go with him and had allegedly beaten her.
Panicked with the incident, the girl went with him for a distance and then ran away from there, the girl informed her parents, who lodged a complaint.
