Telangana: 3 get interim bail in Akbar attack case

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad High Court granted interim bail to Hasan Bin Omer Yafai, Abdullah Bin Younus Yafai, and Awadh Bin Younus Yafai, convicts for a week in the case of attempt to murder MIM legislator Akbaruddin Owaisi. Justice Shameem Akther granted bail to the convicts to see their father Yunus bin Omer Yafai who was critically ill and admitted in the acute medical care ward of a private hospital in the city. The judge directed the Cherlapally Central Prison to release them on interim bail for a week after they submit a personal bond of Rs 10,000 with two sureties. The convicts would surrender before the jail authorities on November 18.
