Bengaluru: Three held for selling drugs to college kids

The trio, including a Nigerian, sold hashish, ganja, LSD strips

Bengaluru: The Koramangala police have arrested three people, including a Nigerian national, for selling drugs to college students and software engineers.

The police have seized 8 kg ganja, 120 grams of hashish and 32 LSD papers.

The accused have been identified as Ugochukwu Victor Nwosu, 32, a native of Nigeria and a resident of Kothnur, John Mison, 26, a resident of JP Nagar and Umesh Kumar, 25, a resident of Bommanahalli.

According to the police, after a tip off that few people were selling drugs near a park in Koramangala 4th block, they rushed to the spot and arrested three people. Ugochukwu Victor Nwosu came to the country in August 2017 and resided in Mumbai.

He came to the city in November and started selling hashish and LSD to the college students.

Umesh used to get ganja from Odshia and sell them with the help of John. They later decided to jointly sell drugs.
