Delhi: 16-year-old sexually assaulted, murdered, set on fire by stalkers

New Delhi: A 16-year-old girl in east Delhi was allegedly sexually assaulted and killed by men, who then set her house on fire on Thursday.
According to reports, preliminary investigation indicated that the girl, who was a class 9 student, had committed suicide. However, the post-mortem report revealed she was murdered.
A friend of the victim helped the Delhi police identify the accused and alleged that she was gangraped by the duo.
According to the victim's mother, the two men had been stalking the teenager for over 6 months, despite her rejecting their advances.
The two suspects have been detained and two separate cases have been registered against them.
