Space is organising a beginner-friendly Modern Calligraphy Workshop led by Shuntini Kumar on December 1st. It's a three-hour mindful session where one can learn the basics of calligraphy. All the materials and refreshments, including Nikko G Nib, speedball, oblique holder, Sumi ink and workbook, will be provided. The topics to be covered are basic strokes, letter formation, word formation, sentence formation and basics of flourishing. No prior knowledge is required to attend the workshop, to be held at Fabcafe, Kowdiar. Registration fees is Rs 1500. Those who bring a friend with them will get Rs 100 back.
