Video: This IIT Kharagpur introduction in Game of Throne style is incredible

Busting the myth that engineering students are just into books and formula, a video was posted by an IIT Kharagpur, student and it is one of the coolest things on Internet.

Prateek Srivastava initially posted this video on Youtube and it is indeed a marvelous job. It is a combination of creativity and fantasy.

The clip shows the IIT Kharagpur campus in Game of Thrones animation style. The footage shows the sprawling of IIT-K campus and has the GOT theme song by Ramin Djawadi running in the background.

The video starts with the quote of India’s first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru:

Here in the place of that Hijli Detention Camp stands the fine monument of India, repesenting India’s urges, India’s future in the making. This picture seems to me symbolical of the changes that are coming to India.”

This visual animation gives you a tour of the IIT campus with rising and dipping building and towers just like the original opening credit of the popular TV series.

According to agencies, the video was posted on Facebook by by IIT-Kharagpur director Partha Pratim Chakrabarti.
