Video: Sharks swimming dangerously close to shore near beach-goers

Sharks are among the most feared fish and can be quite dangerous in many unexpected situations. Recently, a video of sharks swimming close to a beach in the US was posted online and it has now gone viral because they are very close to people at the beach without the latter even realising.

According to a media report, the video posted by Myrtle Beach Getaway on Facebook shows sharks swimming unusually close the shore unbeknownst to the people at the beach near the water. The video was originally shot by Cody Kinzer while he was at the Garden City Pier a few miles away from the beach. There were around 8-10 sharks which is unusual because it was a larger number than when they are usually present around the beach.

The video has gone viral since it was posted and has got over 14 million views and over 2, 91,000 shares. The video has also help caution many frequent visitors to stay clear off the water and be alert before they become victims to it.
