The video is part of a campaign that aims to provide information about how menstruation affects women’s bodies. The video shows bleeding feet of a ballet dancer, bloodied nose of a boxer and a rugby player who are still determined to move forward without fear.
So why should one hold back oneself because of periods. After all, blood is just red blood and there is no other definition to it, be it from sport or from a biological process. The brand has come up with a strong message urging women to respect their bodies and take pride in the way a female body functions.
The video has gone viral on social media and has gained massive support. The ad is being praised highly for showing real blood in an ad based on periods which otherwise is symbolized using blue liquid. There have been optimistic reactions and comments from many viewers, with one among the many saying that she feels like a warrior after watching the ad.
