Playboy Playmate holds social media responsible for broken engagement

Kennedy Summer, Playboy Playmate of the year 2014, is a heartbroken woman. Her romantic relationship with NBA player Jeff Withey has ended and she finds social media largely to blame for this.

Although there have been reports that Jeff had cheated Kennedy in June, the pair was back together after he popped the question. But she has now broken off the engagement citing “many issues” with the Utar Jazz center, according to Elite Daily.

However a representative for the Playmate, Zack Teperman, clarified that something else caused the split. He said, “While it has its many pros, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc. can also create many issues within a relationship. The negative effects of social media have claimed yet another couple.” We hope that the two are able to move on and find happiness again.
