Bengaluru: The fourth edition of Bangalore Pet Show is here. This time, desi breeds, like Pandikona, will share the ramp with other exotic breeds.
“We are expecting local breeds to join the Mudhol Hounds at our show. A special feature this year is promoting pet adoption. A large collection of exotic birds, dogs, cats and aquarium fish will be there with their owners to educate pet lovers on pet care,” said event director M. Satya Narayan, from Blue N White.
Adoption counselling, medical benefits and discounts, canine behaviour assistance, home-made food at discounted rates and low-cost pet boarding options will be discussed.
Event coordinator Ikram Khan said, "For the first time in Bengaluru, an international feline conference will be conducted. A day-long knowledge-based event, it will include seminars on cat diseases, neutering, pain management and grooming by international and national speakers."
The Cat Competition, to be judged by renowned international judges from Malaysia, is part of the show happening on May 20 and 21 at the Manpho Convention centre.
