Loosing weight can be extremely challenging for many. A lot of people find it hard to stick to their goal.
But Charles Pask is not one of them. The 37-year-old successfully completed his mission and lost 7.5lbs.
He celebrated his victory by taking his first bath in 20 years, as he was unable to fit in his tub before his weight loss.
Pask felt unhappy being 33 stones and 7.5lbs with a "BMI three times over", the Metro reported. He decided it was times to make the change when his friend was diagnosed with cancer. He was set out to make a lifestyle change and get to a healthy weight.
He joined Slimming World in the hopes their food plan would help loose the weight and not feel constantly hungry.
In 15 months, Charles lost 14 stone and 28 inches from his waist. "I had my first bath for over 20 years whilst on holiday in Cornwall in July and it was a surreal but fantastic moment," he told the Metro.
Charles also credits the support from his girlfriend being an inspiration in his weight loss journey. His story shows that people struggling to loose weight need acceptance and support to stick to a plan.
