For starters the pizza bases are square and not the conventional round and the there is a pronounced breaded feel to it (the kind you get in the market) but the shape could be more due to convenience in packaging and holding while the texture could be a bit on the softer side.
The flavours themselves are distinguished (unlike the usual pre-packed food) and are robust and hearty in both appearance and taste.
The classic margarita pizza has a double layer of mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce base that melts in the mouth on proper heating.
A word of caution, however, overheating the pizza invariably makes it rubbery and the cheese crust too hard to bite through.
The Veggie Mozzarella is a capsicum corn pizza loaded on a crispy pizza base. It has olives, chilli flakes and mozzarella cheese as toppings and is a delicious snack on the offing.
Among other flavours, Peri Peri Paneer too has interesting flavours. It is paneer marinated with peri peri seasoning, topped with golden American corn, jalapenos, sautéed onions & capsicum, baked with mozzarella cheese. The paneer pieces do not seem preserved and the mozzarella adds a nice touch to the base.
