The creative genius behind this gorgeous coffee art is Mason Salisbury, who works as a barista at a Las Vegas coffee shop called Sambalatte. From the looks of it, Mason prepares his awesome rainbow lattes by delicately adding food colouring into steamed milk before pouring it into the espresso in style.
