Dec. 6: The TRS leaders are stunned by the three-pronged strategy being adopted by the state government to weaken the movement. They fear that the government’s move to introduce a resolution on free zone in the Assembly session is likely to take Telangana employees out of the agitation. Around 4 lakh employees who have been fighting against the government over the free zone issue are likely to give moral support to Mr Chandrasekhar Rao but may not participate in the agitation, disrupting administrative work. Submission of PRC report to the government is seen as another step to calm down employees.
Frequent release of health bulletins by Nims doctors that the TRS chief is completely out of danger has also ensured peace. Emotional agitators were relatively calm on Sunday when compared to Saturday which had witnessed violent scenes across the city.
According to sources, the violence would have continued on Sunday if there were rumours Mr Rao’s ill-health. The TRS chief’s health condition is stable and 10 doctors are attending on him. Nims announced that he was on supportive therapy. Many of the students left for their homes after 15 days of holidays were announced. The RTC also operated special buses for the students in the last two days as part of a strategy. The government wanted to send the students to their native places as early as possible so that they will not participate in the massive agitation being planned to besiege the Legislative Assembly on December 10.
Though the TRS leaders are taken aback with the government’s moves, they said such strategies would not weaken the movement. “The Chief minister is ready to move a resolution over the free zone issue though the government is not a competent authority. Why can’t he move a resolution on Telangana instead of saying that he has no powers to take a decision on separate state. Such polices cannot stop us from the leading the movement for the Telangana,” said TRS MLA, Mr K.T. Rama Rao.
“The employees will be with us even if the government takes a favourable decision on free zone issue. Such tactics will not demoralise TRS activists,” said Mr N. Narasimha Reddy, former TRS MLA.

Why are people supporting losers like KCR and TRS?

KCR and all other politicians are hibernating. Catching cold and allergies. Poor students are wasting their lives. This is the ultimate ethical misconduct by any politician. History repeats, politicians exploit people who are emotionally and financially weak. What students need is hope and future, not division by region and caste. These so called student leaders never attend any classes. They move around politicians and ensure some future for themselves.

I totally agree with you. Somethng has to be done with these guys. Are they so illiterate to not understand the ploy being held by TRS leaders. All of this looks like a new Pakistan & India war. Is TRS trying to be another Pakistan?

I am from Telangana, I only think that this separation could destroy our entire AP. This is no longer a formidable decision to make.

Is this called fasting? KCR is on supportive therapy, saline is being injected into his body. His unshaven look is to cheat people. Students (they are still learning, and so have no experience in such strategies) fall prey to these cunning tricks.
Osmania !! Think through, you are being tricked and becoming scapegoats for his advantage. You are not going to benefit in any way. You can say, separate state and all that patriotic stuff, but that will amount to nothing. Eat, sleep and study is all you have to do while you are using the taxpayers' hard-earned money for studying. You have no right to damage public and private property.

Government should do something to get back all the employees to work happily as they are the backbone of the administration. No one should support TRS. Our developing state should teach lessons to the TRS politicians. All they are doing is for their own interest, they want to ruin AP.
