Hyderabad/Anantapur/Kurnool, Dec. 18: The condition of Mr Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy, brother of late Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy, deteriorated on Friday as his fast for united Andhra Pradesh entered the fourth day.

Of course it may seem like political posturing, what after KCR the drama queen himself set this ball rolling. However, Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy's situation is quite grave. He is known widely to be a person of high integrity & no drama. He lives an ascetic life, catering to just about any issue that is brought to his attention, no matter how inconsequential the person requesting. If only we had a few more politicians like him, politics would not be a dirty word then.
Keeping AP united is the only solution, otherwise politicians like KCR will further try to divide each district. United Andhra is the way to continue the progress made in several decades. Otherwise KCR and team will try to divide each region, then each district and finally each neighbourhood.
This is all a show. All these politicians will eat and drink behind closed doors. Ppl are fools to think these despicable vermins will fast for any cause except their own political desires
Good riddance, I think this is the best way to get rid of these dirty rotten politicians.
One state as a whole has been at a standstill for about 20 days. What were the state and central governments doing? Both the state & central governments should be dissolved immediately.
From a distance, in my view, this is a political drama in dividing a prosporus state like AP. With my father's job we lived in both Karimnagar and Anantapur and I can say the quality of life was pretty much the same. More to it, now I heard Naxals are supporting the Telangana moment. I wish people won't support this division. Learn from the examples of smaller states.
