Hyderabad, Dec 18: Telugu Desam will now fight for both Samaikya Andhra and separate
Telangana!

Sources told this correspondent that the TD president, Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu, who gave a green signal for Seema-Andhra leaders to undertake bus yatra from Tirupati to Srikakulam to press for Samaikya Andhra has in the same breath agreed to the demand of Telangana TD leaders to intensify the agitation for T-State.

Mr Naidu, who presided over a meeting of Telangana Telugu Desam leaders which was attended by Dr Nagam Janardhan Reddy, Mr T. Devender Goud, Mr Kadiam Srihari and others, approved their demand to intensify agitation for Telangana.

In the first phase, the T-Telugu Desam leaders will hold workers meetings in all the
districts in two or three days and later chalk out an action programme.

TD leaders informed Mr Naidu that te T-sentiment was strong and they party which has 39 MLAs would lose base if it fails to cash on the sentiment.

"The party will chalk out an action programme for achieving statehood. It’s a ticklish
issue for the party since the party has 39 MLAs in Telangana region and cannot ignore
their aspirations," a senior TD leader said.

Meanwhile, Dr Janardhan Reddy, deputy floor leader in the Assembly, hit back at the TRS
president, Mr K. Chandrasekhar Rao, who said that TD would be buried in the region.

"It’s not TD, it will be TRS. If Telangana is formed, TRS will be wiped out. In fact, TRS
leader Harish Rao indicated that his party may merge with Congress," Dr Janardhan
Reddy said.

He also alleged that TRS leaders were carrying portraits of Sonia Gandhi and Congress flags. "There is confusion in people whether TRS is already merged with Congress. KCR has no right to talk about Telugu Desam," he said.

Mr.Naidu is a Shrewd Politician, he know how to play politics. There is a saying "Heads I Win, tails you loose". Either way he wants to win.But the masses are aware of such games. So, Mr.Naidu beware the people are watching.Good Luck to you.

CBN wants to ride on 2 boats at the same time..

We want our Telangana free from Andhra, Rayalaseema.

Why TD's Telangana? When TD is a regional party what is the need of opening a separate branch in the same state as on today. Can't answer that Telangana state has formed in the eyes of Telugu Desam? So head office is for Samaikya Andhra and a branch office for Telangana. How does it look?

CBN is the biggest culprit. Had he not agreed for separate Telangana before the elections, we would not have been in this mess now.

There is confusion in the TD stand. They cannot be for or against an agitation.
