Ragging is a social stigma,
its a kind of terrorism, those indulging in ragging are no less than a terrorist. therefore, the govt should consider to book those guilty of ragging under terrorist act to ensure harshest of punishment. As the victim undergoes pain and agony, hence those carrying out ragging must be prosecuted under terrorist act,
and simultaneously, the school/ college must also imdtly expel those students.
Only then those filthy minded will come to sense.. unless stern steps are initiated, students may continue to face ragging, due to weak actions.
