Hyderabad, Dec. 12: The Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) president, Mr K. Chandrasekhar Rao, on Saturday asserted that it was time to carve out Telangana and said the turmoil in Andhra was “artificially prompted by vested interests which would soon die down.”
The TRS chief said that the Centre had invited him to talks for formation of a new state after he recovered and said he would leave for New Delhi in 10 days. He cautioned that if MLAs from Andhra and Rayalaseema resign, then Telangana MLAs would also be forced to do so lest they be targeted at home.
Stating that there was no threat to people of Andhra and other parts of the country living in Hyderabad, he said the city attracted people from all parts of the world and people loved to live here. He cited the example of former CEC, Mr J.M. Lyngdoh, who hails from the North East, but settled near Shankerpally on the city outskirts after retirement. He said Andhraites need not leave Hyderabad since the people here are affectionate, kind-hearted and the city allowed and absorbed everybody.
“When people of other parts of India can comfortably live in Hyderabad, why not Andhraites? The Andhraites who have political power exploited the river waters, the employment opportunity, education and ultimately forced scores of people to go to Gulf for a livelihood,” he charged.
Dismissing the demand for declaring Hyderabad as a Union Territory or making it a common capital of Andhra and Telangana, he said short-sighted political leaders were making such noises.

Who is KCR to direct if an Indian can stay and buy properties in AP / Hyderabad / Telangana? Who is KCR to say that Hyderabad has been capital of Telangana..(regions won't have capitals dear KCR!... it is a state that has a capital) Hyderabad has been capital of Andhra Pradesh and it will continue to be capital of Andhra Pradesh. Don't jump over the geographic location of a capital of big state like AP. Be clear on this "Telangana is a region & not a state!!!".
I dont know whether "T" will be formed (or) not but because of one man everyone all over India started thinking about "T" people except Hyderabadis. Good job KCR! Don't listen to people who are living in Hyderabad. KCR Garu, "for Hyderabad" - you don't have to do anything. There are a lots of projects constructed here & few are in pipeline, some of them are - IT hub, Outer Ring Road, international airport, krishna water, big ventures... so on. All these are built by ruling parties, but for whom? I dont want to comment on this. One funny thing is that the people who want united Andhra also comment "if Telangana is formed Hyderabad should be Union Territory." All people from T asking to divide state into 2 parts, but "UA" people are asking to divide it into 3 parts. Just think who is more selfish? People who invested in Hyd say they invested lots of money here - I totally agree with them. Here one question arise - From where all these money coming from? One best example is - sometime back I met one person from Godavari dist. Who got settled in Hyd. It was shoking for me to listen that he is getting annual income of 3 lakhs from his cultivated land in Godavari dist, some rent from his property in Hyderabad & salary income from his sons. Here one thing to notice since he is getting fixed income from his cultivated land, he got to purchase some property here, invest in business & got to educate his children. KCR garu, please listen to the voice of people from various districts in "T". My grandfather is from Medak district who stopped his cultivation due to no water. He is almost 60 and no income to survive.
1) Adilabad - Dear sir, we want water for cultivation
2) Nizamabad - Dear sir, We want water for cultivation
3) Karimnagar - Dear sir, We want water for Cultivation
4) Medak - Dear sir, We want water for cultivation
5) Warangal - Dear sir, We want water for cultivation
6) Rangareddi - Dear sir, We want water for cultivation
7) Nalgonda - Dear sir, We want water for cultivation
8) Mahbubnagar - Dear sir, We want water for cultivation
9) Khammam - Dear sir, We want water for cultivation
At least try to make one "T" district as Godavari dist. Being an MP you can raise your voice to construct irrigation projects (including your constituency) but you can't implement them, it's the government who has to come forward and start these projects which will never happen.
Ultimately if there is no cultivation there won't be any income, no income there is no education, no education there is no job, no job.....leads to movement like "T".
I welcome and support and the agitation of KCR for a separate Telengana State.Government should stop people from migrating from villages & districts to cities. People from districts, villages storm cities like hyderabad and at the end citizens who are paying taxes from generations suffer from traffic congestion problems, pollution, water scarcity & no admission in schools, electricity cuts & non-employment.Government should take measures for such people who wants to migrate to cities should have a proper permit and reason for migration.People cannot simply throng and start living in cities which does not have capacity to accomodate them. We citizens are tax payers for all facilities and people come from other parts and start utilizing it freely. This is not tolerable. I want to ask Andhra region people, if you have car and seating capacity of 4. Will you accomodate 10 persons to sit in that car. Hyderabad should be made capital of Telegana and any one migrating to Hyderabad should have proper permit and tax to be paid before start living in the city.
now we need to learn from you and KCR where to live and how to live. Mind you business sir. By the way from which place are you. Everyone in the cities are from some village or town. People come to city not for wonders they come there for jobs to earn money and feed there family.
Wow! Modern day aparthied? Nah! It's just that we want to keep our cities clean right, or was that bankruptcy of ideas? Yes I'm for it bro, let's build walls around the city and ensure there is an entry permit and fee to enter into the city. Why just Hyderabad? Let's take this a step further and implement this across every city, town, village. It's after all the residents are those villages, towns and countries that built those. This should ensure no migrations.
umm!! how about visitors? Lets ascertain their stay and tax them proportionately. Wait! Isn't that what they pay at hotels / restaurants ? Let's tax them so that they should think twice about visiting our cities.
Hang on a minute, I gotta better idea!! - why not take your great idea, find a place where no one would ever want to come to and build a wall - really, really high so that no one could even dare peek inside. You will get to be the king of your lone country. Viola!! Talia! See you don't have to depend on anyone to solve your problem. by the way, You're very welcome!!!
An Indian, according to the Constitution, can stay and live anywhere in the country. Who is KCR to say one can stay and one should go. AP is part of India. Being leader of some section of people, he should keep his tongue in check. AP is not his grand father's propery or the private property of his family members.
