Meanwhile, associations Indian Film & Television Directors' Association (IFTDA) and Cine And TV Artistes Association (CINTAA) held a press conference in support of the film where filmmakers like Sudhir Mishra, Ashoke Pandit, actors like Sushant Singh, among others were spotted. They held placards, which read, "I am a filmmaker, let me make films."
