Frontrunners for top job at Infosys
Infosys has said it will have in place a new CEO by March 1, 2018. Here is a list of most probable 'insider' contenders for the corner job. Mohit Joshi is the head of Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare and Life Sciences in the company. In 2007, Mohit was appointed as CEO of Infosys Mexico and was instrumental in setting up the first subsidiary in Latin America.
Ravi Kumar is a President and the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Infosys. He heads the global delivery services and also overlooks the strategic business enabling functions.
Rajesh Krishnamurthy leads the energy and telecoms units at Infosys. In his decade and a half tern in the company, he has held senior leadership positions across the business and in all major markets.
Ranganath D Mavinakere, popularly known as 'Ranga' is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Infosys. A former IITian, he has worked closely with founders like Murthy.
