As veteran fight master Vijay’s son, Rahul Vijay makes his acting debut soon, newbie Kavya Thapar has been roped in to play the female lead in the film, being directed by Ramu Koppula.
“The makers were in search of a fresh face who would complement Rahul on screen. After considering several names, the search ended with Kavya,” reveals a source.
Speaking about the film, Kavya reveals, “Since a year, I was looking for a good opportunity to start off my acting career. I have modelled for several brands and now I am glad to be starting off in Tollywood.”
The film, produced under the V.S. Creations banner, is presently being shot in Hyderabad.
