Popular Tamil and Telugu actor Vishal is all set to team up with Tollywood director, Sriwass. The actor has been looking to do a Telugu film for a long time and has finally found the right person.
The shooting of the film will start soon. “Sriwass narrated a story to Vishal and the actor felt that it catered to both Tamil and Telugu audiences. Hence he accepted it immediately," says a source from the unit.
It is interesting that actors have increasingly been opting to do bilingual films lately. Vishal’s earlier Tamil films like Pandem Kodi, Bharani and Daruvu were dubbed in Telugu and did well. Although Vishal hails from a Telugu family, he has settled in Chennai and become a Tamil actor. His new project will be a comeback to Telugu cinema after a long time.
