The details of Akhil Akkineni’s second project will be announced soon. According to a source, director Hanu Raghavapudi of Krishnagadi Veera Prema Gaadha fame is all set to direct Akhil. The director narrated the story to Akhil and he loved it.
A source close to the actor says that he wanted to work with Vamsi Paidipally or Koratala Siva, but since both directors are busy with other projects, he may go with Hanu. “This time Akhil wants a romance-entertainment genre, and he likes Hanu’s subject,” adds the source.
Hanu became popular with his debut film Andala Rakshasi and then delivered the commercial hit Krishnagadi Veera Prema Gaadha with Nani.
