Actress Amu Emmanuel continues to be directors’ favourite, not just as a female lead, but for cameo roles as well. The actress has been roped in for an extended cameo in Vijay Devarakonda’s upcoming film.
Parasuram (Bujji), the director of the film, is said to have insisted on having Anu do the role. The actress will be seen playing Vijay’s dream girl in the breezy entertainer. Reportedly, she has already shot for the part.
“It’s a short and cute role. We needed an actress who was hot and happening and at the same time someone who had a strong connection with the youth. We found Anu Emmanuel to be the right choice. We are glad that she accepted the role,” a source from the unit informs. Rashmika Mandanna is playing the leading lady in the action drama.
