Naveen Chandra of Andala Rakshasi fame is quite busy after the big success of Nenu Local, where he played a negative role. “Post Nenu Local, I am getting good projects, although I am not in a hurry,” says Naveen Chandra.
The actor’s upcoming film is being directed by Anil, who worked with Ravikanth in Kshanam. “It’s a concept-based film and is shaping up well,” says the actor, who is leaving for Georgia on a month-long schedule of this film. Shalini, who acted in a web series titled Nenu Mee Kalyan is playing the female lead.
Naveen’s other film, Chandamama Raave, directed by duo Dharma Raksha, is slated for release in the second week of June. “It’s a romantic comedy and was completed sometime back. We are looking for a good date to release it,” says Naveen, who reveals that he is also gearing up for a film which revolves around kickboxing. “It’s a good subject and I am training for it,” says the actor.
