Director Puri Jagannadh has completed the shooting of his forthcoming film Mehbooba. The romantic drama, which features Puri’s son Aakash and Neha Shetty, may have a summer release. The plot is an intense and passionate love story set in the backdrop of the 1971 India-Pakistan war. The teaser, which was released recently, has garnered a great response from the audience.

Mehbooba was shot in picturesque locales of Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Rajasthan. Sandeep Chowta is the music composer of the film, which is produced by Puri himself. The scenes shot at the border promise to enthrall the audience.
