Despite reports that the film might get further delayed, Chiranjeevi is all set to start shooting for his 150th film from Thursday .
A special set has been erected by Thota Tharani in Hyderabad. The film is a remake of the Tamil blockbuster Kaththi and the Telugu version has been written by the Parachuri Brothers.
V.V. Vinayak is the director and Ram Charan is producing the film. The makers have approached Anushka for the female lead, but she hasn’t confirmed yet as she is busy with a few projects.
Sources said that Kaththilantodu is being considered as the title of the film.
Burra Sai Madhav, who has written dialogues for films like Kanche and Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum, is writing the dialogues for this one too. “Chiranjeevi was impressed with the dialogues in Kanche and personally roped in Sai Madhav,” says a source.
