Akhil Akkineni is all set to start shooting for his second film from March onwards. Vikram Kumar is the director and Megha Akash is playing the female lead.
But now, according to a source, the story demands a second female lead, for which the makers have roped in Sayyeshaa. “After going through the portfolios of many actors, the makers finally zeroed in on Sayyeshaa for the role,” says the source.
Interestingly, Sayyeshaa played the female lead in Akhil’s debut film Akhil and both made for a good couple onscreen. Since their debut film more than a year ago, Sayyeshaa has not signed any Telugu film. Like Akhil, this will be her second film in which she is paired opposite him once again.
