Samantha Akkineni is currently on top of the charts as she has had a very successful year. Now, the actress is playing a lead role in the film U Turn, a remake of the Kannada hit with the same name. Samantha is personally taking care of the film’s promotions and spreading the word via her Twitter and Instagram accounts.
The actress recently released the theatrical trailer of the film in a grand way across multiple theatres, and invited her fans for the launch.
“She wants to continue the success of her last three films and has a lot of faith in U Turn. It’s a female-oriented film and she has worked hard for it,” says a source. Pawan Kumar, who directed the Kannada hit, is directing the Telugu remake too. Aadi Pinisetty and Rahul Ravindran play important roles.
