Even though Allu Arjun hasn’t been enjoying success at the box-office in recent times, his films are having a great run online. His 2016 release Sarrainodu (dubbed in Hindi) has apparently became the first Indian movie on YouTube to cross 200 million views.
Considering the fact that Allu Arjun hasn’t done any Hindi film yet, this is certainly a great achievement. It has also become the most-liked Indian movie at 669,000 likes. Released last May by Goldmine Films, Sarrainodu continues to be a rage, thanks to its style quotient, music and action choreography.
Expressing happiness over this news, Allu Arjun shares, “I’m really thrilled with the way Telugu films have been faring. Our films are breaking regional boundaries and getting great acclaim. We, as a team, are really proud of this feat.”
Interestingly, the actor’s Duvvada Jagannadham is fast catching up with 175 million views on YouTube.
