Lady luck seems to be smiling at actor Sri Raj, who was seen in Maruthi’s production Bhadram Be Careful Brother. After taking a break to enrol at the New York Film Academy to study acting and filmmaking, this Hyderabad boy is all set to make his Hollywood debut in a musical love story with producer-director Brett Ratner of Rush Hour fame.
Talking about the film, which is set in NYC, Sri Raj reveals, “I’m really happy about the opportunity to work with a film personality like Brett Ratner. I will be playing the lead character of a taxi driver. The story revolves around two couples and the film will also be released in Hindi.”
Always a Telugu boy at heart, he is ready to make a comeback and already has two films up his sleeve. “I have accepted the lead roles in a couple of Telugu films under top production houses. I will reveal the details soon. I always aspire to do challenging roles,” he shares.
