Allu Arjun, who is coming to terms with the failure of Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India, wants to play it safe by taking up a commercial entertainer next.
“The actor is hearing scripts and there are a few options before him, but he is not in a hurry to make a choice. He has decided to go for a regular commercial film,” says a source close to the actor.
The source adds that the actor’s close friends have also advised him to take up a “regular film” and not experiment too much.
Reports suggest that Vikram Kumar may direct Allu Arjun’s next, but that is yet to be confirmed.
“Director Harish Shankar has also met with Allu Arjun, and the actor has asked him to prepare a script,” reveals a source. The two previously worked together in Duvvada Jagannadham, which was a hit.
