Yesteryear glamorous heroine Raasi is all set to begin a new innings with Lanka, directed by her husband Srimuni. The film, a thriller, sees her as the central character and it seems for her role in the film, the actress has lost a lot of weight.
“Raasi wanted to look perfect in the film and made sure no stone was left unturned in terms of her look. She’s very choosy in terms of her films and wants to give her best to whatever she okays,” shares a source in the know, adding, “She monitored every part of her character from the look to the mannerisms.”
Ina Saaha and Sai Ronak will also be seen in key roles in the film produced by Namana Dinesh and Namana Vishnu Kumar on Rolling Rocks Entertainments banner.
