The 14-year-old Stranger Things actress, uploaded a picture in a snake-skin-print bodycon dress, with studded heels. She encouraged her followers to “write a caption” in the comments section, which is where she faced backlash. One person reportedly commented, “Act your age (sic)” with a skull emoji. Other people on her Instagram page left both, positive and critical, comments. Another user wrote, “I thought u were 14...not 19 (sic)?!?”

Millie shot back with another image of herself in her Instagram story, with the caption, “ik (I know) everyone on my last pic wants me to ‘act my age’ but quite frankly its my instagram and if i choose to post that picture and you don’t like it...scroll past it (sic).”
