Even as Varun Tej is reeling in the success of his Saturday release, Tholi Prema, work on his next with director Sankalp Reddy is progressing steadily. We hear the actor will play an astronaut in the film, touted to be a space thriller.
“Varun and other actors who will be a part of the film will shoot at specially erected sets in Georgia. All of them will have to train to shoot in zero-gravity conditions. Varun though, being the main lead, will have to spend more time in the training sessions, which will take place in Kazakhstan,” shares a source in the know.
The film will go on floors in April and the makers are keen to release it by 2018 end.
