It looks like Nani is finally going to team up with filmmaker Mani Ratnam. In fact, after Ok Bangaram (where the actor had dubbed for Dulquer Salmaan), the duo had discussed the possibility of working together. However, things did not materialise then, and both of them moved on to pursue other projects. However, this time around, a Telugu-Tamil bilingual is in the offing!

“It will be a multi starrer. Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil, Tamil actors Arvind Swamy, Jyothika and Vijay Sethupathi are in talks to star in the film. We can’t reveal more details at this juncture,” shares a source in the know, who did not want to divulge the genre of the film.
Nani has always been keen to work with Mani Ratnam and had expressed the same during their collaboration for OK Bangaram. Only time will tell if his long cherished dream will be fulfilled. The film goes on floors in January.
