Work on actor Mahesh Babu’s next, Bharat Ane Nenu, is progressing at a brisk pace even before the actor wraps up his present film with director A.R. Murugadoss, SPYder. While the shooting of the new film has begun too, we have learnt that a value addition in the form of Tamil actor Sarathkumar is likely for the film.
“Koratala Siva always craves to try and bring in something new to the plate with every film of his in terms of casting. Since Sarathkumar has got a strong screen presence and hasn’t been seen on the Telugu screen for long, they felt he’d be a good name to bring on board, especially since he’s got a decent market in Tamil as well,” reveals a source in the know.
Meanwhile, as Mahesh Babu preps up to play a Chief Minister in the film, the team is erecting a huge legislative assembly set for key sequences in the movie. The film is likely to have a Sankranthi 2017 release.
