More and more Hollywood films are releasing in Telugu, giving rise to a new trend of top actors lending their voices for popular characters. Nani, Rana, Venkatesh and Varun Tej are some of the actors who’ve lent their voice to some of the much-loved characters. Now, Nithya Menen has joined the elite list.
The popular South Indian actress will be lending her voice for the character of Elsa in Disney’s upcoming sequel, Frozen 2. Actresses Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Parineeti Chopra have been roped in for the movie’s Hindi version.
“When they approached me, I gave my nod immediately because it’s one of the most touching scripts I have read. I am in awe of Elsa’s character and it’s quite exciting to be dubbing for her in Telugu,” reveals Nithya.
Frozen 2 will release on November 22 in India in multiple languages.
